The resultant issued share capital should be47,993,275 shares. The full corrected text of the announcement appears below AURUM MINING PLC ("the Company") 10 May 2007 ADDITIONAL LISTING Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 26,270 ordinaryshares of 1p each ("Shares") in the Company, pursuant to the conversion ofaccrued interest under the Company's Secured Convertible Loan Note 2009. Uponissue, the Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issuedordinary shares, and dealings in the Shares are expected to commence on 14 May2007. Upon admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise47,993,275 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold anyshares in treasury.
