Scott Wilson Group plc19 November 2007 Scott Wilson Group plc ('Scott Wilson' or 'the Company') Additional Listing Further to the acquisition of Ferguson McIlveen LLP announced last year, theissue of ordinary shares, as partial consideration in respect of the acquisitionof the business, is due to the vendors of Ferguson McIlveen on the firstanniversary of the acquisition. As a result, the vendors are entitled to receive 377,799 ordinary shares of 10pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK ListingAuthority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The above shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issuedordinary shares in the Company and it is expected that dealings will commence on23 November 2007.
