Scott Wilson Group plc07 April 2006 Scott Wilson Group plc ("the Company") Block Listing of Shares An Application has been made to the Official List of the UK Listing Authorityand the London Stock Exchange for a block listing totalling 2,520,000 ordinaryshares of 0.10p each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted tothe Official List upon issuance. The block listing consists of 1,740,000ordinary shares of 0.10p each to be issued under the Scott Wilson Group ApprovedScheme and 780,000 ordinary shares of 0.10p each to be issued under the ScottWilson Group Unapproved Scheme both in accordance with option plans set out inthe Scott Wilson Group plc prospectus.
