Scott Wilson Group plc26 July 2007 Scott Wilson Group plc ('Scott Wilson' or 'the Company') Additional Listing Following the recently announced conditional agreement to acquire the business of McLay Collier LLP, the conditions were fulfilled on 25th July 2007 and the acquisition has been completed. Accordingly application has been made for 163,793 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares represent part of the initial consideration. The above shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the Company and it is expected that dealings will commence on 3rd August 2007.
