Following the recently announced agreement to acquire Strategic Leisure Limited application has been made for 94,488 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares represent part of the initial consideration.

The above shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the Company and it is expected that dealings will commence on 17th July 2008.
