Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (the “Company”) has declared a quarterly dividend in respect of the third quarter of 2024 of 1.375 pence per share as targeted, payable on 22 November 2024 to Shareholders on the register at 8 November 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 7 November 2024. The targeted full year dividend is 5.5 pence per share equating to an annualised dividend yield of 6.1% based on the closing share price on 28 October 2024.
