Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited: Dividend Payment

Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (the "Company") announces that the dividend in respect of the period 1 July 2015 to 30 September 2015 of 1.75 pence per Share will be payable on 13 November 2015 rather than 12 November 2015 as previously announced. The record date of 30 October 2015 is unchanged.
