Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited: Dividend Declaration

Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (the "Company") has declared a dividend in respect of the period from 1 April 2014 to 30 June 2014 of 1.35 pence per Share, payable on 22 August 2014 to Shareholders on the register on 1 August 2014. The ex-dividend date will be 30 July 2014.
