Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited: Dividend Declaration

Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (the "Company") has declared a dividend in respect of the period from 1 July 2014 to 30 September 2014 of 1.5 pence per Share, payable on 21 November 2014 to Shareholders on the register on 7 November 2014. The ex-dividend date will be 6 November 2014.
