Director Declaration
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Mr Steve Smith, a non-executive director, has informed the Company that he has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of The PRS REIT plc which currently trades on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange.
In addition Mr Smith has also been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of AEW UK Long Lease REIT plc, which currently trades on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
