In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Mr Jonathan Bridel, a non-executive director, has informed the Company that he has been appointed as a non-executive director to Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited, a Company which was admitted with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 03 March 2015 to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.
