Director Declaration

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Mr John Whittle has informed the Company that, with effect from 8 December 2015, he was appointed as an alternate director to Mr James Carthew on the board of GLI Finance Limited. He will also act as the GLI Finance Limited interim chairman of the Audit Committee. GLI Finance Limited was admitted to the main market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 5 August 2005.
