Savills PLC13 December 2006 NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS/PDMR AND CONNECTED PERSONS The Savills Share Incentive Plan ("the Plan") The Savills Share Incentive Plan is a share purchase plan available to allemployees of participating companies and Executive Directors/PDMR are eligibleto participate. Each month the Trustees of the Plan invest participants'contributions in Savills plc Ordinary shares at the prevailing market price inaccordance with the Plan Rules. Shares are held in the Plan for up to fiveyears.
