NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS/ PDMRs

The Trustee of The Savills plc 1992 Employee Benefit Trust has today notified the Company of the following transactions by Directors of Savills plc/ PDMRs:

The Savills Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("DSBP")

On 14 March 2010 and 19 March 2010, Awards made on 14 March 2005 and 19 March 2007 respectively over ordinary shares of Savills plc under the DSBP became unconditional following the end of their Deferred Period. In satisfaction of the Awards, shares were transferred to Directors/ PDMRs as follows:

The Savills Deferred Share Plan ("DSP")

On 19 March 2010, Awards made on 19 March 2007 over ordinary shares of Savills plc under the DSP became unconditional following the end of their Deferred Period. In satisfaction of the Awards, shares were transferred to PDMRs as follows (plc Directors may not participate in the DSP):

Shares may be sold to cover income tax and National Insurance liabilities which arise when awards vest.

As at the date of this announcement the Company's issued share capital consists of 131,845,091 ordinary shares with voting rights.
