The Company announces that it has received notification that Non-Executive Director Adriana Karaboutis purchased 1,600 Savills plc ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at £9.13 per share on 13 March 2026. As a result, Ms Karaboutis has a total beneficial interest in 1,600 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.001% of the Company's issued share capital.
