DIRECTOR DECLARATION
Further to the announcement made on 18 August 2011 that Tim Freshwater is to be appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 January 2012.
In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (1) of the Listing Rules, Tim Freshwater has advised that he is currently Vice Chairman, Goldman Sachs (Asia), non-executive chairman of Grosvenor Asia Pacific Limited and a non-executive director of Aquarius Platinum Limited, Chong Hing Bank Limited, COSCO Pacific Limited and Swire Pacific Limited, and was until June 2007 a non-executive director of Pacific Century Insurance Holdings Limited. Prior to 2001, Tim was with Jardine Fleming from 1996, becoming Group Chairman in 1999 and from 1975 a partner in Slaughter and May, subsequently Senior Partner, Hong Kong (1981-85) before returning to the UK to become a member of the Partnership Board (1990-96) and holding the role of Head of Corporate Practice (1993-96).
In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (2) - (6) of the Listing Rules, he has advised that he has no details to disclose.
