Acquisition of Minority Interest in DRC Capital LLP
Further to the announcement on 26 July 2018 of the proposed acquisition of a 25% interest in DRC Capital LLP ('DRC') by Savills Investment Management, Savills plc, the international real estate advisory firm, announces that the transaction completed on 28 September 2018.
As also announced on 26 July 2018, the partners of DRC have granted Savills Investment Management a call option to acquire the remaining 75% interest in DRC on the third anniversary of the completion of the initial transaction.
The acquisition adds a strategic debt investment capability to the Savills Investment Management platform.
