ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), market leader in mobile workforce management software, was informed on 30 July 2015 that on that date Hugh Fitzwilliam-Lay, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr. Fitzwilliam-Lay is now interested in 9,449,504 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 4.2% of the total issued share capital.
