Revised Timetable

On 9 May 2018 Seneca Growth Capital VCT Plc (the "Company") launched an offer for subscription for B Shares to raise, in aggregate, up to £10 million with an over-allotment facility of up to a further £10 million (before issue costs) (the "Offer"). Full details of the Offer are contained in a prospectus issued by the Company on that date (the "Prospectus").

The Directors of the Company have extended the deadlines for those investors seeking investment in the 2018/2019 tax year. For such investors, application forms with cheques must arrive with the Company's Receiving Agent by no later than 5.30pm on 4 April 2019 and investors seeking to transfer funds electronically must also ensure that their application form arrives with the Company's Receiving Agent and cleared funds are received in the Company's bank account by no later than 5.30pm on 4 April 2019. The final allotment for the 2018/2019 tax year will then take place on 5 April 2019.

For those investors seeking investment in the 2019/2020 tax year, the timetable remains unchanged: application forms with cheques must arrive by no later than midday on 17 April 2019 and application forms with payment via electronic transfer must arrive by no later than midday on 24 April 2019, for allotment on or before 29 April 2019.
