Board Changes

Servoca (AIM: SVCA), the AIM listed specialist recruitment and outsourcing solutions provider, announces that Bob Morton has today retired as Non-Executive Chairman of the Group due to ill health. John Foley, formerly a Non-Executive Director of Servoca, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.

John was formerly Chief Executive of MacLellan Group Plc, a facilities services company that was sold to Interserve plc for an enterprise value of £130m in 2006. John is Chairman of Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG), a publicly quoted provider of specialist facilities services, and holds several Board positions in both public and private companies.
