Transfer of shares
S&U have been informed today that Anthony Coombs its Chairman, has transferred 100,000 Ordinary shares for nil consideration to Andrea Coombs, wife of Anthony Coombs and a PCA.
Following this transaction, the beneficial shareholding of Anthony Coombs remains unchanged and is 1,340,342 Ordinary Shares.
The information set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.
