AGM Statement

 S&U plc held its annual general meeting in Solihull today.

At the start of the AGM members approved the proposed withdrawal of special resolutions 11 and 14 as set out in the notice of annual general meeting dated 17 April 2012 and these resolutions were therefore not put to the meeting.

At the AGM all resolutions put to the meeting were passed.
