Net Asset Value September 2019
Sure Ventures Plc, a venture capital fund which invests in early stage software companies in the rapidly growing Augmented Reality ('AR'), Virtual Reality ('VR'), Internet of Things ('IoT') and Artificial Intelligence (AI) sectors, is pleased to announce its unaudited, estimated NAV per share for the period up to the 30th of September 2019.
The NAV as at the 30th of September 2019 was 83.1p, which represented a 7.97% decrease from the June calculation, reported to the market on the 31st of July 2019.
The board would like to highlight that the NAV fall has been driven largely by a decrease in the Immotion PLC share price from 9.4p to 6.7p during the period ending the 30th of September 2019. At close of business on Friday 18th of October 2019, Immotion PLC's share price was 8.35p.
