1 Christopher Mills, Non-Executive Director of Sureserve Group plc, is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Harwood Capital LLP which owns, through three entities connected with Harwood Capital LLP (being North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust, Oryx International Growth Fund Limited and Harwood Capital LLP), 30,202,500 shares, representing 18.17% of the issued share capital of Sureserve Group plc. Harwood Capital LLP acts as investment manager for North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust and Harwood Capital LLP. Harwood Capital Management (Gibraltar) Ltd acts as investment manager for Oryx International Growth Fund Limited.
