Sureserve Group plc (AIM: SUR), the compliance and energy support services group is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Smith as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 29 July 2019.
Mr Smith has more than thirteen years' experience in finance at the Director level with widespread and successful experience in delivering results in areas such as facilities management, services, third party logistics, specialist recruitment, procurement, food service and manufacturing. Some recent (non-board level) roles have included, Finance Director of the Cleaning & Environmental Services division of Mitie Group, interim Finance Director of the Specialist Services division at OCS Group, interim Commercial Finance Director at the Post Office and interim Chief Financial Officer of Support Services at Balfour Beatty as well as Head of Finance Shared Services, Finance Systems & Process Improvement at British Gas.
