Board Restructuring
Lakehouse plc (the "Company") announces the following Board changes with immediate effect.
Sean Birrane has announced he wishes to step down from the role of Chief Executive Officer and will be resigning from the Board. Sean will be remaining with the business for an interim period.
Stuart Black will move from his current role as Executive Chairman to become Chief Executive Officer.
The Senior Non-Executive Director of the Company, Chris Geoghegan, will become Non-Executive Chairman.
In addition, the Company intends to appoint another Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board with appropriate listed company experience and has commenced a process to identify a suitable candidate.
Further to the trading statement issued on 1 February 2016, the Board confirms that the Company remains on track to deliver its revised expectations for the current financial year.
