Supermarket Income REIT plc (LSE: SUPR), the real estate investment trust providing secure, inflation-linked, long income from grocery property in the UK, announces that, Sapna Shah, independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of BioPharma Credit plc, with effect from 22 March 2023.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14.
