Directorate Changes

The Board of Surgical Innovations announces the appointment of Chris Rea as the Company's Interim Managing Director with immediate effect.

Mike Thornton continues as Finance Director and Company Secretary of Surgical Innovations and will also act as CEO of Surgical Innovations Ltd.

In line with an earlier Board decision to reduce the number of Directors given the current size of the Company, Colin Glass and Ray Simkins step down as Non-Executive Directors of Surgical Innovations with immediate effect.

Doug Liversidge Chairman expressed on behalf of the Board his sincere thanks to Colin and Ray for their dedicated support of the Company over many years.

Professor Mike McMahon remains a Non-Executive Director of Surgical Innovations and Clinical Advisor to the Company.
