The Company's issued capital consists ofΒ 50,560,732Β ordinary shares ofΒ 25Β penceΒ each ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. No shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is thereforeΒ 50,560,732.Β
The above figure (50,560,732Β Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest inΒ the Company.Β
