PROPERTY LETTING UPDATE

Sutton Harbour Holdings, the AIM listed waterfront regeneration and destination specialist, is pleased to report a new property letting.

A new tenancy agreement has been completed for the 6,909 sq ft (642 m2) long term vacant Jamaica House premises at Guy's Quay, a prime waterfront site at the heart of the renowned Barbican area of Sutton Harbour, Plymouth. The tenant, Boston Tea Party, has signed a 15 year lease subject to planning consent, adding a Plymouth location to its popular café/restaurant/bar concept. The new venue is expected to open in June 2015 and will join the artisan pizza and craft cider concept, The Stable, which opens its eighth outlet in a Company-owned property within the next few weeks.

The Company reports that its letting occupancy rate will increase to 93.3% with completion of this tenancy.
