Director Share Purchase
The Company has been informed that on 13 March 2009, Antony Everett and John Heawood, both directors of the Company ("Directors"), each acquired ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Antony Everett paid 44p for 5,000 Ordinary Shares and John Heawood paid 45p for 7,500 Ordinary Shares. Following this purchase, these Directors have total beneficial holdings as set out below:
