Directorate Changes

Further to the interim results announcement made on 18 November 2008, Sutton Harbour announces that Mr Keith Sykes and Mr John Heawood have been appointed Non-executive Directors of the Company effective as of today:

Set out below are the relevant disclosures required for Mr Sykes and Mr Heawood under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules:

All matters in relation to the liquidation have been resolved and settled. Mr Sykes was also a director of CME South-West Ltd when it went into receivership in 2002. All maters in relation to the receivership were resolved and terminated.
