Sutton Harbour Holdings PLC28 March 2007 Sutton Harbour Holdings (the "Company") Pre Close Trading Statement Further to the announcement on 10 January 2007, the Company expects pre taxprofits to meet market expectations for the year ended 31 March 2007. The Company is pleased to announce that James Cameron will succeed MalcolmNaylor as Chief Executive of Air South West Limited with effect from 16 April2007. James was previously Chief Executive of Loganair and has held seniorpositions with British Airways and Brymon Airways. The Company also announces that Ellen Winser, Chairman, will step down from theBoard following the Annual General Meeting to be held on 11 July 2007, forpersonal reasons. The Directors record their grateful thanks to Ellen who hasbeen a Director since 1996 and has chaired the Board for nine years. Ellen hasindicated to the Board that she does not anticipate reducing her shareholding inthe Company. Michael Knight, Non-Executive Director since 2005, will succeed Ellen asChairman.
