Director's dealing

The Company announces that it has received notification today that on 25 August 2011 Nigel Godefroy, the chief executive director of the Company, purchased 10,168 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 34.7 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Mr. Godefroy is interested in 180,000 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 0.286% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
