Sutton Harbour Holdings plc ("the Company")
Issue of Equity
The Company announces that pursuant to the exercise of options under it's Save As You Earn Scheme, the Company will issue a further 8,644 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). The options were exercised at an exercise price of 34 pence per Ordinary Share.
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market for listed securities ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 18 December 2008.
The total issued share capital of the Company following this issue is 50,560,732 Ordinary Shares.
