Director's Dealings / Grant of Options

STV Group plc announces the grant of options to certain employees under its Sharesave Scheme which was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 20 April 2011.

The terms of the scheme entitle all employees of the Company and its subsidiaries to be granted options to subscribe for shares in the Company in lieu of commitments made by the employees to save a fixed amount each month (subject to a £250 monthly cap). The scheme entitles the participants to receive a tax free bonus on their savings and offers them the option to use these savings to purchase ordinary shares in the Company, on a prescribed date in the future, at a 10 per cent discount to the middle market quotation on the 3 June 2011, the trading day prior to the invitation date.

Following the take-up of the invitations issued on 6 June 2011, the Board today resolved to grant options to 111 employees to subscribe for a total 329,788 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 123p per share.
