Stride Gaming plc (AIM: STR), the multi-branded online gaming operator, announces that the performance of its wholly owned subsidiary Daub Alderney Limited ("DAL") and DAL's subsidiaries has resulted in it hitting agreed targets set out in the Share Transfer Agreement dated 18 May 2015 between (1) GAL, (2) GMG, (3) Ukudla and (4) TTE such that on 18 June 2016, GAL, GMG and Ukudla will transfer, in aggregate, a total of 9,610,224 Ordinary Shares to TTE or Insynergy (as trustee for TTE) for onward distribution to members of the TTE Concert Party in the manner contemplated in the Company's Admission Document dated 18 May 2015 (the "Admission Document").
In addition, and as per the NextTec Software Agreement entered into on 4 September 2014 (further details of which are set out in the Admission Document), as a result of NGR generated from the use by the Group of software under the NextTec Software Agreement, the Company has today issued 1,149,071 new Ordinary Shares (the "New Ordinary Shares") to members of the TTE Concert Party as nominated by NextTec.
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective on 5 October 2015.
Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, there are 51,300,586 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore this figure may be used by shareholders of the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Stride Gaming is a UK focused, real money, bingo-led online operator, using its proprietary and purchased software to provide online bingo and related gaming activities to players. Stride Gaming only operates in regulated markets, principally the UK.
The Group operates a multi-branded strategy which includes the online bingo brands Kitty Bingo, Lucky Pants Bingo, Bingo Extra, Jackpot Café, Jackpot Liner, King Jackpot, Big Top Casino together with the online casino brands Spin and Win and Magical Vegas.
In July 2015 the Group acquired the entire issued share capital of InfiApps Limited, an internationally focused mobile social gaming company, to facilitate the Group's entry into the social gaming segment of online gaming.
