Grant of Options
The Board of Stilo International plc ("Stilo" or the "Company") (LSE:STL), the AIM quoted software and services company, announces that on 20 April it made a grant of options over 4,038,000 ordinary shares to certain of the Company's employees ("New Options"). 1,750,000 New Options are being granted under the Company's UK EMI Scheme and 2,288,000 New Options are being granted under the Unapproved Scheme.
The New Options are exercisable at any time between 20 April 2013 and 20 April 2023 at a price of 2.25 pence per share, being the closing mid market price of the Company as derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List on the 19 April 2011.
700,000 New Options were granted to Richard Alsept, the Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer, under the Company's UK EMI Scheme. These are the only options held by Richard Alsept.
Following the grant of New Options, the Company has granted options over a total of 11,354,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 10.3% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
