(the "Company") announces today that the Company has determinedthe terms of issue of its euro-denominated Senior Notes due year 2013, issuanceof which was resolved by the Company's Board of Directors on September 26, 2006. 1. Aggregate amount of issue: 500 million euro (Yen equivalent: approximately 74.8 billion yen, exchange rate: 1 euro = 149.69 yen) 2. Price at issue: 99.335% of par 3. Coupon rate: 7.75% (Yen equivalent: approximately 5.2%) 4. Closing date : October 12, 2006. 5.
