2. Basic policies for profit distribution
The Company strives to increase returns to shareholders by augmenting enterprise value. Our basic policy is to return our profits to all our stakeholder groups in a fair way.
The Company's policy regarding dividends is to set dividend payments while taking into consideration the need to maintain the proper balance between bolstering the operating base and preserving a stable dividend from a medium-to long-term perspective. Reflecting this dividend policy, the Company set the forecast of the year-end dividend payout as shown above.
