Reflecting this dividend policyΒ the CompanyΒ setΒ the dividend payoutΒ asΒ shownΒ above, takingΒ the need toΒ maintainΒ aΒ proper balance between bolstering the operating base and preserving a stable dividend from a medium-to long-term perspectiveΒ into perspective. This matter isΒ planned to be brought to the 28thΒ Annual General Meeting of Shareholders which is scheduled to be held on June 25, 2008, for discussion.
