SOFTBANK CORP.Β (hereinafter 'SOFTBANK')Β today received dividends from Yahoo Japan Corporation
(Head office: Minato-ku,Β Tokyo; Representative; Masahiro Inoue), a consolidated subsidiary
ofΒ SOFTBANKΒ as follows.

2. Impact onΒ financialΒ results
SOFTBANKΒ expects to record approximately οΏ₯2.5Β billion inΒ dividendsΒ received as non-operating
income on a stand-alone basis, for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2009. As a
result,Β SOFTBANKΒ expects that the above mentioned dividends receipt will contribute
approximately οΏ₯2.5Β billion to ordinary income andΒ net income.
On a consolidated basis, dividends received from a consolidated subsidiary will be eliminated as
inter-company transaction.
