Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Awards under the Company's Performance Share Plan and the Deferred Annual Bonus Plan
Stock Spirits Group PLC (the "Company") announces that on 13 February 2020 options over ordinary shares in the Company have been granted to the following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the rules of the Company's Performance Share Plan (the "PSP") and also under the Company's Deferred Annual Bonus Plan (the "DABP") in respect of the bonus earned for the financial year ended 30 September 2019 to the following:

No consideration was paid for the grant of any option.
