Awards under the Company's Performance Share Plan and the Deferred Annual Bonus Plan

Stock Spirits Group PLC (the "Company") announces that on 21 February 2019 options over ordinary shares in the Company have been granted to the following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the rules of the Company's Performance Share Plan (the "PSP") and also under the Company's Deferred Annual Bonus Plan (the "DABP") in respect of the bonus earned for the financial period ended 30 September 2018 to the following:
