Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Awards under the Company's Performance Share Plan
The following amendment has been made to the 'Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities' announcement released on 15 March 2018 at 16.03 (RNS Number 8960H).
The number of shares subject to the PSP awards granted is 157,058 for Miroslaw Stachowicz and 107,635 for Paul Bal. All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.
Stock Spirits Group PLC (the "Company") announces that on 14 March 2018 options over ordinary shares in the Company have been granted to the following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the rules of the Company's Performance Share Plan (the "PSP").

No consideration was paid for the grant of any option.
