Notification of Transaction by Directorand Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)
On 25 September 2023 STB granted options over ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") via the 2023 invite under the STB 2017 Sharesave Plan (the "SAYE") pursuant to an offer made to all qualifying employees made on 1 September 2023.
Each option has an exercise price per Ordinary Share of 543p. The number of Ordinary Shares in STB subject to each option granted to a director or person discharging managerial responsibilities is set out below being information notified by such persons to the Company.
Subject to the rules of the SAYE, the options will ordinarily vest on 1 November 2026 and be exercisable for a period of six months.
280 employees have been granted options under the Scheme in respect of a total of 303,937 Ordinary Shares.
