Secure Trust Bank PLC (the "Company") announces that, following the announcement on 15 August 2022 which detailed the exercise of options for the below PDMRs, the accompanying sales of Ordinary Shares have concluded at an average price of 1,014.78p per share.

Secure Trust Bank operates principally from its head office in Solihull, West Midlands, and had an average of 983 employees (full‐ time equivalent) as at 30 June 2022. DMS sold its loan portfolio in the first half of 2022 and expects, in the second half of 2022, to migrate its customers and transfer its employees to the purchaser of the portfolio.
