Notification of Dealing (PDMR PCA)
Secure Trust Bank PLC announces it was notified on 14 June 2023 by David McCreadie that a person closely associated to him has purchased, through an automated Dividend Reinvestment Plan attached to their ISA, 86 Ordinary Shares at a price of £6.40 per share on 13 June 2023. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange (XLON).
Mr McCreadie's shareholding in the Group (including interests held by his closely associated persons) has increased from 10,847 shares to 10,933 shares as a result of this transaction.
