Star Energy Group PLC05 December 2006 Star Energy Group plc Resolution of Dispute Star Energy announces that it has resolved the dispute with Amec in relation tothe cost over-runs on the Humbly Grove gas store EPC contract, via a commercialagreement and both parties have accepted full and final settlement with respectto the Humbly Grove EPC contract. The detailed terms of the agreement are confidential.
