Star Energy Group PLC27 June 2006 Star Energy Group plc ('Star Energy' or the 'Company') An agreement (the "Option Agreement") was entered into on 5 May 2004 between EACFund II GP Limited (as general partner of EAC Fund II Limited Partnership) andothers and Roland Wessel, Colin Judd, Melvyn Horgan, Adrian Fernando and aformer executive director pursuant to which EAC Fund II GP Limited and othersgranted options to Roland Wessel, Colin Judd, Melvyn Horgan, Adrian Fernando andthe former executive director to individually acquire up to 111,374 of thecompany's ordinary shares (556,870 in total, representing 0.7% of the company'sissued share capital) held by EAC Fund II GP Limited and others immediatelyfollowing the company's admission to AIM.
